Need to Return a product?
To return a product at Family
Treasures, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
sales@famtreasures.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item Description
- Nature of the problem
In general,
Family Treasures accepts
returns on DVD orders within
30
days of receipt. However,
Family
Treasures
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASES
- Replacement DVDs

ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Family Treasures
on returned items, and
Family Treasures
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
